Set up your Leads pipeline
This content is a draft and will not be included in production builds.
Leads tracks each potential client from their first inquiry until they sign. Your pipeline is the set of stages a lead moves through, with the actions each stage runs by itself, such as sending an email. This article walks you through the setup that builds it.
- In the menu, select Leads. If your studio has no leads and no inquiry form yet, setup opens by itself.
- Select Let’s go.
- Under What is your current process?, drag the stages into the order you use them today. Remove any stage you don’t use. The first stage always stays first. Then select Next.
- Answer the 2 questions, one about your inquiries and one about your pricing. Select Next after each one. If you’d rather not answer, select Skip this question.
- If we have suggestions for you, turn off any you don’t want. Then select Next.
- Under When do you want to ask about each of these details?, choose when to ask about each detail, such as budget and timeline. To go back to our starting point, select Reset to our picks.
- Select Build my pipeline.
To stop partway, select Save & exit. Your answers are saved, and setup opens where you left off the next time you open Leads.
What happens next
Section titled “What happens next”- We build your stages, your inquiry form, and your emails. This takes a moment, and sometimes up to a minute.
- Your board opens with a sample lead in the first stage, so you can see how a card looks.
- Your inquiry form stays a draft until you go live, so no inquiries come in yet.
- On a computer, select Start the tour to see what each stage does.
- A dark label at the top of the board counts the things left to finish. When the list is done, you can go live.
- You can change every stage, form, and email later.
