Change your studio link

Your studio link is the web address clients see on your forms. Your studio got one when it was set up. This article shows you how to change it. Only an owner of the studio can.

1. Select your name at the bottom of the menu, and then select Studio settings.
2. Under Business information, find Studio link. On a computer, it’s on Studio profile. On a phone, Settings is one long page, so scroll to it.
3. Type the new name in the box. Use lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens, and at least 3 characters. The ending after the box stays the same.
4. Wait for the line under the box to read “That link is available.” If the link is taken or reserved, try another.
5. Select Save link. The link has its own button. The Save button below it doesn’t save the link.
6. In the window titled Change your studio link?, select Change link.

What happens next

• You’ll see “Your studio link is updated.”
• Old links keep working. Anyone who opens one is sent to your new link.
• You can change your link 3 times in a year. The line under the box tells you how many changes you have left. After that, email support@glintera.co to change it again.
• If you aren’t an owner, you can see the studio link but you can’t change it.
