Add your logo and brand color

Clients see your studio’s name, logo, and color on everything you send them. This article shows you how to set all 3.

1. Select your name at the bottom of the menu, and then select Studio settings. On a phone, select your photo or initials at the top right.
2. Find Business information. On a computer, it’s on Studio profile, the page Settings opens on. On a phone, Settings is one long page, so scroll to it.
3. In Business name, check that your studio’s name reads the way clients should see it.
4. Under Logo, select Upload your logo and choose a PNG, JPG, or SVG file up to 5 MB.
5. Under Brand color, choose your color. It takes the place of our orange on buttons, hearts, and progress bars in your client’s view.
6. Look at What clients see. The Email, Welcome, Rating, and PDF tabs show your logo and color on real screens before you save.
7. Select Save.

Nothing changes for clients until you select Save. That includes a logo you just uploaded.

What happens next

• You’ll see “Studio settings saved”. From then on, clients see your name, logo, and color.
• To swap your logo later, come back and select Replace.
• You can set one brand color. There’s no setting for fonts.
• Until you choose a color, clients see our orange.
