Create your first project

A project holds everything for one client and one home. This article shows you how to start one.

1. In the menu, select Projects.
2. Select New project.
3. In Project name, type a name for the job.
4. In Client name, type your client’s name.
5. Under Rooms to include, check each room you’ll work on. Rooms are optional.
6. To add a room that isn’t on the list, type it in the Add custom room… box and press Enter.
7. Select Create project. The button stays off until the project name and the client name are both filled in.

What happens next

• Your new project opens, ready for you to add to.
• The project also shows up on Projects. Select it there to open it again.
• To add or change rooms later, open the project and select Project settings.
• To change the rooms you can pick from when you start a project, open Studio settings and select Rooms.
